Before becoming a Leadership Coach I had an 18 year career spanning Management Consulting, Strategy and Executive Search, predominantly in the Media and Technology sectors.
Having worked in blue-chip organisations and lived in Europe, the US and Asia, I have a good insight into the demands of operating in multi-cultural, high-pressure environments. Additionally, having successfully changed sectors several times during my career, as well as navigated my way through three maternity breaks, I have both the skills and the personal experience to support anyone who is facing a career transition or returning from a career break.
I started my career at McKinsey & Company in New York and Athens, during which time I supported clients in a number of projects covering such topics as defining strategic priorities, enhancing salesforce efficiency and reorganisations. When I first moved to London I joined Spectrum Strategy Consultants, a TMT strategy consultancy. Subsequently, I transitioned into corporate life, firstly in a strategy role at Hachette UK and later at Kaplan.
My last role before moving into coaching was at Skillcapital, a boutique Executive Search firm, focusing on placing board level management into Private Equity-backed businesses. As part of this role, I supported clients in identifying and solving their talent needs as well as advised candidates on their career development journeys.
I was born and raised in Cyprus. After studying and working in the US, Greece, Singapore and France, I moved to the UK in 2005.
I live in West London with my husband, Tim, and three children, Orestis, Sophia and Hector.
Apart from spending time with my family, I love travelling, going to the theatre and have a passion for Asian food, both cooking and enjoying. More recently, the practice of mindfulness has become an essential part of my life.
