The leaders and executives I work with often report the following benefits as a result of their coaching sessions:
Increase in confidence and motivation
Stronger influencing and communication skills
Ability to better manage challenging relationships at work
Improved, energy, focus and efficiency
Clarity around how to achieve personal and professional goals
During this session you would tell me about your current situation and coaching objectives. I would also tell you a bit more about myself and my coaching style. Finally, we would go over any questions you might have and the process going forward.
We would form a bespoke coaching programme based on your agenda and coaching needs. However, you need to understand that in order to effect meaningful change you would have to invest time and put in the effort. Based on experience, for a programme to be most effective it typically takes five to six sessions, lasting 60-90 minutes, over a period of about six months.
During the coaching programme we would form a true partnership that would be based on mutual trust and respect as well as honesty. I would also expect you to commit to doing the necessary work required, which we would agree on at the end of each session. That is crucial for the effectiveness of the coaching programme.
During our coaching programme and in between sessions, I would be available to support you via phone or email. Your feedback would be welcome at the end of every session; there would also be a more formal evaluation halfway through and at the end of the programme to ensure that you are getting the most out of your coaching sessions.
My coaching style has been described as highly empathetic with the ability to quickly build trusting relationships with my clients.
During coaching sessions, I form strong partnerships with my clients and create a safe space for them to raise their self-awareness levels as well as think freely and creatively in order to clarify their goals and work out how to achieve these.
While remaining empathetic, I ensure that my clients maintain focus by having accountability for their actions so as to reach their full potential.
